What we collect
The Michigan Central interest form collects the student's name, school, grade, creative interests, parent or guardian name, parent or guardian contact information, contact preference, and any optional message submitted with the form. The partnership form collects a contact name, organization, email, optional phone number, partnership type, project interest, and message.
How we use it
Detroit Film Club uses this information to review interest in its Michigan Central programming, contact families about opportunities and next steps, and administer enrollment. Submitting an interest form is not final enrollment, filming consent, or transportation permission. Partnership inquiry information is used only to review the proposed opportunity and contact the person who submitted it.
Youth information
A parent or guardian must submit the form for a student under 18. Detroit Film Club does not ask students to provide personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, home addresses, birth dates, or medical information through this form.
Access, retention, and sharing
Form submissions are limited to authorized Detroit Film Club staff and are kept only as long as needed for outreach, enrollment, and program administration. Detroit Film Club does not sell information submitted through this form.
